Our return policy is designed to provide clarity on how we handle various scenarios to guarantee a smooth shopping experience for you. Please review the following guidelines to understand our approach to returns and replacements.

Claims for Misprinted / Damaged / Defective Items

Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Buyer’s Remorse and Wrong Size Ordered

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or if the wrong size was ordered. Each order is printed on demand, which means accepting returns for these reasons would necessitate producing an entirely new product. Therefore, it is essential for customers to ensure that all order details, including sizing and shipping address, are accurate during checkout.

Wrong Address 

If the provided address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our vendor facility. The order will be held for 28 days at no cost. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Refund or Replacement Process

To initiate a claim for misprinted/damaged/defective items, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@faithamongthewicked.com to request a refund or replacement.
  2. Include photos of the product in your request. 
  3. We will review the photos, and if the error is determined to be on our part, we will cover the cost of replacement or issue a refund accordingly.
